A French Renaissance style hotel designed by Henry J. Hardenberg and built in 1905-07, with an addition designed by Warren and Whetmore and built in 1921. Application is to modify the West 58th Street storefront openings, install a garage door, modify a window opening to create a barrier-free entrance, create new window openings, to construct an addition in the courtyard, and to install new rooftop HVAC equipment.
