Please see below the Upper East Side items on the LPC Agenda for Tuesday, December 8, 2009. Public hearings are held in the Conference Room at the Municipal Building, 1 Centre Street, 9th Floor, Borough of Manhattan. Any person requiring reasonable accommodation in order to participate in the hearing or attend the meeting should call or write to the Landmarks Commission no later than five business days before the hearing or meeting. 120 East 71st Street – Upper East Side Historic District
A rowhouse designed by John Payne and built in 1879 and altered circa 1946. Application is to alter the facade and install a stoop.

14-16 East 67th Street – Upper East Side Historic District
A residence originally built as two buildings in 1879 with one altered in the Beaux Arts style by John H. Duncan and the other altered by Dodge & Morrison in 1920. Application is to construct a rooftop addition, excavate beneath the building and at the rear yard, alter the front and rear yards and the front areaway. Zoned R8.
