Please see below the Upper East Side items on the LPC Agenda for Tuesday, February 16, 2010. Public hearings are held in the Conference Room at the Municipal Building, 1 Centre Street, 9th Floor, Borough of Manhattan. Any person requiring reasonable accommodation in order to participate in the hearing or attend the meeting should call or write to the Landmarks Commission no later than five business days before the hearing or meeting. Hearing times are announced on the LPC website, the Friday prior to a hearing.
23 East 67th Street – Upper East Side Historic District
A rowhouse designed by Robert Robertson and built in 1882-1883 and redesigned in the neo-Federal style by Sterner and Wolfe in 1919. Application is to legalize facade alterations completed in non-compliance with Certificate of Appropriateness of 07-7043 and to install a bracket sign.

907 Madison Avenue – Upper East Side Historic District
A Queen Anne style rowhouse designed by Charles Buek and Co. and built in 1886-87, and altered in 1924 and 1927 with stores at the first and second floors. Application is to legalize the installation of an awning without Landmarks Preservation Commission permits.
